Website design and maintenance

CannySites.com offer a complete, personalised website design service allowing you to successfully promote your business on the internet. Through consultation our in-house team of web designers can produce a multi-page website that includes full details of your business and that all-important contact information.

CannySites.com now offers a new range of dynamic website content from interactive web-forms and message boards through to more complex database and information retrieval scripting. What is more, all sites designed by CannySites.com will be certified as meeting the strict guidelines and regulations laid out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) for full conformity of all HTML and CSS coding and, where possible, at least Level A accessibility conformity. This certification ensures that our website designs will correctly load in all of the major web browsers whilst still aiding accessibility to users of large-text browser settings and screen-readers.

Domain registration

Once your company has a website, you need a domain name. This is the name or address that is typed into the web browser to get to your website. Web hosting

Before your website can be accessed on the internet it needs to be hosted on a server. Whether you have a website designed by us, or already have your own, CannySites.com will arrange web hosting for you and manage file transfers and website updates for you.

Email

A personalised email service is included with all domain registrations and will be in the format of anything@yourdomain.com. CannySites.com will arrange for email sent to this account to be forwarded to any address/addresses of your choice and can also set up a specific POP3 account so that you can access your organisation's emails via an internet webmail interface. This will also allow you to send emails from the organisation account.
